I ordered a cookbook from these people on 12/10/07 at which time they charged me for my purchase.I received an e-mail telling me I could track my shipment (I was charged $8.62 for Fedex Home Delivery).
When I tried to track my package on their website, I kept receiving the message "unable to track shipment", so I called their customer service department. I called 3 separate times and was told the item had shipped, but THEY couldn't tell me HOW or WHEN! I continued to TRY and track my shipment daily, but kept getting the same message, so by December 23rd, I e-mailed to cancel the order.
I received an e-mail back telling me the package had been shipped (again, not HOW or WHEN), so the order could not be canceled.
So I called (the day BEFORE Christmas) and was told someone would call me back....they never did. The 26th of December, my package arrived BY US MAIL SERVICE showing that it had been mailed from California on 12/12/07!!
They charged me $8.62 for FEDEX delivery...it arrived by US Mail TWO WEEKS LATER!They said the package would arrive by Christmas..it came the day AFTER Christmas...this is the absolute WORST customer service I have ever gotten from and e-tailer....I ordered other items from other websites, all of which arrived within 48 hours, and were in perfect condition and in plenty of time for Christmas.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND DON'T GIVE A FIG ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!
